The in the beginning of 2009 founded company Continuum Capital focuses on investments on german heritable building estates and thereby wants to further develop an eminently attractive asset class for investors aimed at sustainability. The cashflows coming from the heritable building rights stand out due to their first-class safety structure and a full inflation hedge for up to 198 years. In September 2009 Dr. Walter Wübben and Dr. Rainer Sticken (managing partner of 'ABG general building mbH & Co. Limited partnership, Munich/Cologne) as well as Bernd Knobloch (former chairman of the board of Eurohypo AG, Eschborn) joined Continuum Capital as other associates. Managing original shareholders are Michael Jung and Sönke Schwarz who in the last five years have significantly made a contribution to the establishment of the heritable building right in germany and during that period have invested in about 30000 heritable building estates.
